Our sales are exclusively executed through the stipulations of the applicable Dutch Law at the moment of the agreement between the client and Bioreform, and the general conditions in question, which are an integrated part of any agreement in relation with our sales.
For most orders, the contribution in shipping costs depend on the product and the packaging. The exact shipping costs are always mentioned on the invoice. See explanation shipping costs.
Orders have to be filled out in a correct way. Any charges due to poor legibility or wrongly inputted address information, and other necessary information are for the client's expenses. All orders will be confirmed by us through email and will be provided with an order number and an estimated delivery time.
Bioreform will keep as much as possible to the stated delivery or execution times, with the principle that goods are shipped within 7 working days. Unless stipulated otherwise in writing, Bioreform is not bound to the stated delivery times and/or execution times. For some homeopathic, phyoto therapeutic products there is a longer delivery time.
If an ordered product is (temporarily) out of stock, you will receive an email or you will be consulted by telephone, after which Bioreform will cancel the product from your order. There also is the possibility to change the undeliverable article into another article. This is of no influence on the shipping costs as stated on the original order.
Circumstances beyond control
If circumstances beyond control make it impossible for Bioreform to timely give total or partial follow-up to the agreement and/or fails to timely follow up the agreement, Bioreform cannot be held liable for any loss or damage.
Purchases through the website of Bioreform can be payed via PayPal, or bank transfer, and several payment methods. The payments are transmitted to the Mollie Payment Provider Service, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.
For your purchases through the website the payment of your choice will be mentioned on your invoice and in your email confirmation.
Products can only be returned if the client has not received the product in good order (manufacturing fault). In such case, you have to file for a return request within 14 days after receipt of the product. This can be done with the email contact form in which the order number and the reason for returning the product have to be mentioned. Upon our approval, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail, after which the product can be returned to us. The return is valid for 5 days. We need to receive the product in its original state. Please take care of good packaging, avoiding damage during transport. The return ordernumber has to be clearly visibly on the package. Packages without a return ordernumber and/or packages without postage will be refused!
For hygienic reasons, opened packages en food products cannot be changed, with the exception of matters of manufacturing faults.
All sold and delivered goods remain property of Bioreform until all collectable or non-collectable debts, are paid in the full. If in the client is failing Bioreform in any way, he will be obliged to cooperate at his expense in withdrawal of purchased and delivered goods.
Complaints and responsibility
The client has to check the goods immediately after delivery. Under penalty of dissolution, complaints have to be filed in writing with Bioreform specifying the nature of the goods in relation with the delivered goods. However, failures and visible deficiencies have to be reported to Bioreform within 14 days, under penalty of dissolution of all resulting rights.
Information to third parties: no information will be provided to any other person or instance other than Bioreform .
There are no connections whatsoever with other database.
Bioreform is committed to protect your privacy. This Statement of Privacy applies to the Bioreform Webshop and governs data collection and usage. By using the Bioreform Webshop, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
Collection/Use of your Personal Information
Bioreform collects personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, address and telephone number to operate the Bioreform Webshop and deliver the order you have requested. Information about your computer is automatically collected by Bioreform . This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, and access times. This information and cookies are used by Bioreform for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Bioreform Webshop.
Bioreform does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.

Bioreform secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Removal: upon written request or email the information will be erased. Your coordinates, order history, will be kept in our administration during 2 years.

Deliberate supply of incorrect information is forbidden. In case of fraud or forgery, Bioreform will at all time notify the police. IP-numbers and visiting times are logged so that the offender can be traced by the provider. Moreover, when deliberate deceit is proved, the offender is due to pay charges, plus the costs of his order.
Bioreform guarantees an accurate delivery of a quality product in accordance with the guarantee conditions of the relative supplier.
