How can I login?
At the top you find a button "login". There you can fill in your Email and password. First you have to register.

Ordering
You can order by clicking on the shopping chart on the right of the article line in the product list. During ordering you can always return to your shopping chart (for the overview of your order) by clicking on the button 'my shopping chart' on the right of your screen.
If you order for the first time you have to register first. From then on you can log in with your email address and password. However, you can also order without registration. As soon as you have logged in you can go to the right column 'my orders' and view your order history. From there you can also place previously ordered articles in your shopping chart again. If you do not succeed placing your order on-line, you can also order by e-mail.

In general, the order is shipped to you within 7 working days. Most of the reform articles are on stock. Although our product assortment is very extensive (approximately 60.000 articles), it could occur that one of the products of your order is not on stock. As soon as this product comes available, we will ship the order completely it to you. Through email we will keep your informed on the status of your order. A product that appears to have a longer delivery time can also be converted into another product.

The history of your order can be viewed in your account when you log in. Clients who do not have a login do not dispose of an order history. You will receive an email on the day that your order is shipped to you. Your order will be delivered via DHL. For more information see below at: Shipment & Shipping costs. Search
You can search directly, on in the menu  assortment  (click on one of the categories or brandnames). You can also search with the search machine directly on brand/product name or article number. It is possible that you cannot find a certain brand name. However, if you type in the name in the search menu you will get the complete overview of that product. For instance: you type the brand Weleda (you will get an overview of all Weleda products), or toothpaste (you will get an overview of all toothpaste brands such as Zendium, but also Weleda). As we have approximately 60.000 products it is almost impossible to show them all in the menu survey. Therefore, it is quicker and simpler to just type the name or description in the search window, which will lead you directly to the product.

How can I pay my order? Payments.
Your on-line payment is safely and securely done by using SSL connection with Mollie Payments Service Provider. At this moment there are 5 payment methods:

There is a possibility to pick up your order yourself. Only after agreement by telephone or e-mail.
The way of payment is as follows: complete all the questions on the payment screen;

When do I receive my parcel?
In general, the order is shipped to you within 7 working days.
You will automatically receive an email on the day that your order is shipped to you, with an shipment URL, so you can check your parcel on-line with your shipment number. Unfortunately, a complete international tracking is not possible in and outside Europe. The delivery is done without any additional documentation, by the German DHL Deutsche Post.
General running time for your DHL parcel international inside the EU is 8 - 14 days. General running time for your DHL parcel international outside of the EU is 21 - 28 days.

We don't send an invoice with payment afterwards, because it cost a lot of administration.
